Review 3 of 6

Price Paid:  $140.00 from friend

Year / Model Reviewed:
 phoenix gold qx

Summary:
I bought these maybe a week ago used. When I took them out of the box to look at them i was very mad. I had been using two Sony Xplod P5s and these seemed alot lighter than the Sonys. I kept thinking to myself these things wont be able to push anything. I hooked them up and put in a good bass CD and my jaw dropped. Running a Phoenix Gold ZX600ti these hit very nicely. They play all bass very cleanly, not just hitting at a certain level. Though they're not titaniums, I am very impressed with these

Strengths:
Good price, clean sound, powerful

Weaknesses:
none so far

Weaknesses:
NONE!!

Review 5 of 6

Price Paid:  $80.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
 phoenix gold qx12

Summary:
i brought a qx12 for my corolla and i can tell u that it pumps. while i am only running it off a small amp at the moment i am hoping to get a bigger one so i can c what it can really do! currently i'm approx putting around 130 rms into it and it doesn't appear to be working very hard at all and has plenty more boom to go. for the price you can't get a much bigger boom in this

Strengths:
punchy, deep sound. reproduces all sound well and accurately. (listen to linkon park - meteora and ludacris - act a fool to hear some bass!)

Weaknesses:
none

Similar Products Used:
Phoenix gold XMax
