The manager offered two of these speakers for 119.95, but who would want two of thes garbage cans in thier car. Seriusely, I am glad that I had purchased the opti 1222d. It is the best dog food bowl ever!

Strengths:

Review 3 of 6

Price Paid:  $119.00 from Etronics

Year / Model Reviewed:
2004 OPTI1232D

Summary:
OK I just reviewed this about a month ago and I have to say that this sub is ridiculous. I recently installed it in a 2.5 cubic foot ported box and it is almost untolerable. The bass is so heavy that I am confident I could rival most pairs of speakers. Believe it or not, but the bass is among the most accurate I have heard also (in a car at least). Do yourself a favor a skip right on passed the other crap and save some money. You will not be disappointed. It is amazing the looks I get when I tell people that it is a single LANZAR sub. Especially that it is Lanzar. Everyone seems to think that if you dont see it in everyone elses car or in Crutchfield(just an example) it isnt any good. I am not to sure about the other Lanzar lines, but the opti line is just insane. Once again one of the best subs I have ever owned.

Strengths:
looks build BASS!!!!!! No one else has these subs

Weaknesses:
Absolutely none.

Similar Products Used:
Just about everything and let me tell ya most are over rated. You do not have to spend 700 dollars to get a good sub. If you pay that you are paying for a name usually.

Review 4 of 6

Price Paid:  $119.00 from Etronics

Year / Model Reviewed:
2004 Lanzar OPTI1232D

Summary:
WOW!! This is by far one of the best subs I have heard. Very deep, very hard, and very accurate. I mean what else do you need. For the price there is nothing that can touch it, and I have heard just about everything. Why go elsewhere. Very Satisfied!!

Strengths:
Performance. Construction. AMERICAN MADE!!!

Weaknesses:
Absolutely none. Well makes over priced subs look bad.

Similar Products Used:
Fosgate, JL, JBL(Very Good), MTX, Pioneer, Kenwood, You name it I have either owned it or installed it.

Review 5 of 6

Price Paid:  $119.00 from All in Audio

Summary:
Unbelievable power handling, Great looks, and bass to satisfy any basshead. First off, aluminum cone with butyl rubber surround. Triple stack 50oz magnet. 600watts rms 1200watts peak. Not only can it rock with the best of them, but play clean, controlled, and smooth also. With a price like this you can't go wrong. Try it and you'll be amazed what Lanzar products can do.

Strengths:
Small enclosure capabilites, high power handling. Great sonic excellence.

Weaknesses:
I could not find any!

Similar Products Used:
Earthquake, OZ Audio, Digital Audio, Fusion, MTX, and JL Audio
