Review 1 of 1

Price Paid:  $9500.00 from St. Cecilia Sound Gallery

Summary:
Except for the low bass (below 30hz, I have no complaint about these speakers. The words I use to describe these speakers are as follows: Huge Soundstage, Precise Imaging, Excellent front to back depth, Great tonal balance, Aliveness, airiness, tight bass, excellent tranparency, and low noise.

You may ask why I still bought these expensive speakers when I complained about the low bass. The bass quality is so good that I can live with it even it lacks deep bass. In addition, I don't often listen to recordings that have tons of deep bass like organ and drum recordings. Alon has a new subwoofer - Thunderbolt that I may try in the future. The sub is not expensive and affordable to a majority of us. Another reason I like these speakers is that they disappear. I believe that small speakers tend to disappear more easily than large speakers.

Strengths:
Aliveness, Airy, Precise Imaging, Huge Soundstage, Great Tonal Balance

Weaknesses:
Lack of Deep Bass (weak bass below 30hz)
