Price Paid:
$350.00
from eBay Summary: Turntable is comparable in play quality and durability to the reference standard "Tech 12", but at about $150.00 less. Additionally, the Stanton has some features absent from the Technics model, namely a full digital output (for recording CDs directly from the table) and 33/45/78 handling. Aesthetically, the Stanton is hard to beat. All-in-all, a great unit. Strengths: Handles warped LPs amazingly. Arm just refuses to skip. Built like a brick shoothouse. Nice to look at, nice to use. Weaknesses: Like most DJ catering tables, no auto stop. No standard dust cover (but why would you want to cover such a nice-looking piece of machinery anyways? Similar Products Used: Tech 12. Cheapies from Pioneer, Sony, etc.
