This hybrid, SS input stage and tube ( 6550 ) output stage, design is amazing. It has all the strengths of a good tube design with great bass. Mids are warm, clear and alive. Highs are very extended with no glare or grain. Bass while not as powerful as the Sim Audio is defined and strong. Strengths:
Best of both worlds,smooth, open, grainless mids and highs. Strong, tunefull, controlled bass .
