Summary:
I picked this amp up at a great price and have being blown away with its performance. Being THX and AC3 upgradable plus pre-in's and pre-out's for
every channell make this amp almost future proof. I am impressed with it's
ability to go LOUD and not loose focus. The processing is fantastic and it
also includes an on-board dac for cd/ld players with a coax output.
For stereo it performs quite impressively for a Home Theatre amp but still
lacks a bit of warmth that you would expect from a dedicated 2 channel amp.
I have also recently purchased a Sony 9ES processor that I am running through
the pre-ins and pre-outs for DVD etc. The amps in the Harman do a splendid
job for digital! Pitty Harman didn't stick with this amp.
